Placement Coordinator Opportunity at St George's, University of London

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Placement Coordinator to join our Education Operations team at St George's, University of London. As a Placement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting Allied Health students by managing clinical placement schedules and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee placement allocation and availability for students across various allied health programmes
  • Act as the main contact for placement-related queries from students, staff, and external partners
  • Maintain accurate databases and schedules related to placements
  • Support placement software systems and training for users
  • Coordinate placement agreements and quality audits
Requirements:
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably placement related in higher education or healthcare
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong customer service skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
