About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Facilities to join our team at Haven Holidays. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading our facilities management team to deliver exceptional results and create a safe and clean park environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide visionary leadership to the facilities team, setting clear goals and expectations, and motivating the team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental and organizational objectives, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
  • Continuously assess departmental performance and implement improvements, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure guest satisfaction.
