As a Team Welfare Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our live-on team members have an exceptional experience from their very first day with us. You will be integral in supporting their welfare, wellbeing, safeguarding, and safety, as well as maintaining high standards of team accommodation throughout their seasonal stay at the park.

As part of our Park People & Safety Team you will
- Provide comprehensive support for live-on team members, focusing on induction, accommodation, and wellbeing.
- Allocate team accommodation, ensuring it suits team members' needs, including shift patterns.
- Collaborate with People Admin to distribute live-on agreements and handle administrative tasks like DBS checks and payroll deductions.
- Maintain high standards for live-on accommodation.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with the live-on team, promoting Haven culture and values.
- Organize team social events, such as quizzes, activities, sports, and trips.
- Address accommodation issues with the Facilities Department, ensuring timely maintenance.
- Conduct routine accommodation checks, manage inventories, and oversee the exit process, addressing any damages.
- Promote and uphold the park's culture and values.
- Engage with stakeholders on team welfare, facilitating listening groups to improve the live-on experience.
- Escalate incidents involving live-on team members to the Head of Experience, with support from the People Partner.
- Support the park's cultural calendar and activities.
- Work closely on the park during peak season; support community links outside of peak season

**Pay Rates**: £12.44 per hour

Experience and Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Previous experience in a welfare/team support/warden role (desirable)
- Mental Health First Aid qualified, or equivalent (desirable)
- Understanding of welfare, wellbeing, safeguarding practices and People Policies.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and legislation
- Advanced IT knowledge
