Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Chef Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our catering business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large team of chefs and night catering staff
  • Develop and implement effective leadership and people management strategies
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety and due diligence
  • Collaborate with the Chef Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality catering experience
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a catering or hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Flexibility and a 'can-do' approach
  • Passion for the industry and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with others
Working Hours

The working hours for this role are 8am until 4:30pm, with occasional earlier starts and later finishes to cover holidays or business needs.
