We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our People Team at Mpb Europe Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR, Recruitment, and Learning & Development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate administrative support to the People Team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Manage the administration of our HRIS system, ensuring that employee records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee programs, including onboarding, reviews, and surveys.
  • Produce regular reports on People data and activity, analyzing the data and presenting findings to the team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the team to implement changes.
