Job Title: Care and Support Worker - Night Shifts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals living independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Respond to individuals with alarms within their home, providing timely and effective support when required.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the individual's needs are met and their care plan is up-to-date.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a person-centered approach to care.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license (essential)
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
