About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 1 student with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), who is non-verbal and working at a nursery level. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to enhance the student's learning experience and promote their social, emotional, and academic development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to the student in a classroom setting
  • Assist the teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior support plans
  • Support the student's communication and social skills development
