Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Murphy. As a Senior Quality Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing a quality strategy for our Framework, aligned to our Murphy Integrated Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy a quality management system, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Company Policy, Procedures, and other stated requirements through regular site inspections and audits.
- Establish and track quality management performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Champion quality improvement activities, including the application of quality improvement tools, workshops, and incident investigations.
- Support the achievement of 'Fit to Finish' outcomes, collaborating with teams to ensure effective project close-out.
- Maintain responsibility for the audit program of the Framework, supporting the attainment of third-party certification.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Quality managerial role, with demonstrable site-based experience in civil engineering or construction.
- Relevant Quality Membership (MCQI) is desirable, as is Internal or Lead Auditor qualification.
- Solid understanding of the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard and MS package knowledge (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project).
- Full UK Driving Licence is required.
