Neota, a pioneering SaaS no-code automation platform, is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our growth in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will drive sales and revenue expansion, leveraging your expertise to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the EMEA market.
  • Engage with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions using our powerful no-code automation platform.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing team to drive lead generation activities in the EMEA market, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry, with a focus on the legal, risk & compliance sector.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly with low-code and no-code platforms like Pega, OutSystems, Appian, and ServiceNow.
  • A strong network and established relationships within the EMEA market, with a deep understanding of the region's dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present complex solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven approach.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to driving business growth.
