Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients' needs across a mix of commercial risks, including property, liability, and professional indemnity.
  • Obtain quotations for clients and handle all client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deal with corporate clients with large-sized premiums, ensuring that their insurance needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaise closely with the Account Executive to develop an appropriate strategy for renewal, attend client meetings as needed, and obtain renewal terms.
  • Issue renewal documentation in line with contract certainty, ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate information.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar commercial insurance role, with a strong understanding of commercial corporate clients and risks.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex insurance data and make informed decisions.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in insurance software and systems.
