Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Software Support Specialist to deliver outstanding support for our Mayrise application. In this position, you will serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring high-quality customer service and technical support.

  • Provide application support and operational assistance
  • Oversee software installation and maintenance activities
  • Assist with database management, reporting, and SaaS solutions

This role may involve occasional system upgrades outside of standard hours. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, escalating issues as necessary, and supporting various applications.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive IT knowledge and experience
  • Relevant certifications in Networking, Windows Server, Crystal Reports, SQL
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer application support
  • Familiarity with SaaS applications is advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
