About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Audio-Visual Service Engineer, where you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support for our clients' AV systems. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring that our clients' events and meetings run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support for our clients' AV systems, including projectors, displays, audio systems, control systems, and video conferencing systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with AV equipment, identifying the root cause of issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on AV systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule service appointments and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Document all service activities, including troubleshooting steps taken and solutions implemented.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients on the proper use and maintenance of AV equipment.

Requirements:
