About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Third Party Defence Handler to join our Claims Management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in accurately assessing incident liability and managing repair processes, while maintaining a strong focus on operational targets.
As a Third Party Defence Handler, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of third-party motor claims from notification to settlement. You will economically look to settle claims on best possible terms and avoid any unnecessary litigation, make credit hire negotiations, and handle personal injury claims (OIC/MOJ).
