We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the QC activities and oversee method development and validation in our pharmaceutical environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in analytical chemistry and excellent leadership skills to motivate and manage the QC team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure analytical test methods are validated for their intended use.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to drive robust quality standards.
- Train and develop the QC team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with the Head of QC to ensure that deadlines and KPIs are achieved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Previous experience in a senior QC role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries.
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance, including MHRA and FDA.
