We are a team who are responsible for ensuring that production processes and related equipment are running reliably and effectively to ensure that critical pharmaceutical products are manufactured on time and to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and perform planned and reactive maintenance and complete maintenance records.
  • Follow Work Instructions (WI) and complete maintenance forms.
  • Work collaboratively with all personnel within the Team.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with all departments.
  • Assist operators to develop fault recognition and diagnosis.
  • Liaise with contractors, equipment manufacturers and service providers.
  • Monitor building management and process control systems.
  • Adhere to quality and continuing Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) policies, rules, and guidelines.
  • Adopt safe working practices and adhere to Health and Safety (H&S) regulations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a hands-on practical role either through education or employment.
  • Experience of manufacturing equipment and systems would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Preparedness to undertake specialist training.
  • Computer literate (standard Microsoft Office).
  • Effective communicator.
  • Able to work in uncomfortable areas wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended periods.
  • Able to analyse and resolve problems.
