Key Responsibilities:
  • Propose and implement project management methodologies and processes to improve project efficiency
  • Monitor and drive invoicing for all projects, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Support the standardization of project management processes across the AGITO team
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring cross-team inputs, buy-in, and delivery commitment
  • Prepare and implement project-specific execution plans, maintaining up-to-date project documentation
  • Manage and review project budgets with the Project Sponsor, ensuring robust financial management
  • Maintain and manage risks, actions, and issues tracking, ensuring proactive issue resolution
  • Lead technical and commercial resolution processes for equipment and project issues
  • Resolve project issues and resource constraints within the team and with Senior Management assistance
  • Support projects during the sales phase, coordinating with Sales representatives to define commercial and schedule items
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and networking skills

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
