About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace & Defence Business Development Manager to join our team at Allianz Popular SL.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Business Growth: Achieve volume and profitability targets within a given geographic area by establishing and maintaining commercially successful relationships with companies, major distributors, and potential and actual clients.
  2. Provide Expertise: Offer training, sales support, and other similar services to group companies and brokers to enhance their capabilities and drive business growth.
  3. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with relevant group companies and brokers, generating business from appropriate insurance brokers and other relevant insurance distributors.
  4. Deliver Results: Provide quotations, reports, and other information required to support the generation of business, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  5. Ensure Compliance: Maintain all appropriate record keeping and head office reporting as required, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Travel and Collaboration: Travel to markets to establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  7. Establish Strong Broker Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, established business relationships with relevant brokers in the sales region, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  8. Administrative Support: Provide solid working experience or understanding of back office administration functions, ensuring seamless support to the business.
