Job Title: HR Advisor

A dynamic and experienced HR Advisor is required to join a successful, well-established, and market-leading business in Leicester. The successful candidate will support the HR team in the next phased growth and direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential support to the HRBP and wider HR and management teams with 1st line HR queries.
  • Work closely with the HRBP, General Managers, and senior leadership teams to ensure the day-to-day management and support is available to employees on-site.
  • Travel to the company's 7 sites in the central region when required to meet and build relationships with senior leadership teams.
  • Support project-related tasks and provide a proactive, resilient, and self-motivated approach.
  • Screen and recommend candidates for shortlisting, understand blue-collar and white-collar recruitment trends, and be creative in attracting talent.
  • Coach recruiting managers on effective induction and the on-boarding process.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 CIPD as a minimum.
