About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our Land team as a Land Graduate Programme participant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in securing the land rights required to build and maintain our transmission network, ensuring a safe and reliable supply of electricity to our customers.

As a Land Graduate, you will work closely with our experienced Land team to develop your skills and knowledge in land acquisition, negotiation, and management. You will be responsible for assessing the impact of our infrastructure projects on rural land and businesses, agreeing accommodation works, and negotiating rights over land and property.

Our team is passionate about delivering high-profile transmission projects that support the UK's net zero targets. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and encourage diversity in the workplace.

About the Company

SSEN Transmission owns and operates the electricity transmission network in the north of Scotland, transporting energy from where it is generated to where it is needed. We are playing a critical role in the transition to a low carbon future, developing, building, maintaining, and operating a network for net zero.
