Care Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team at Amegreen Children's Services. As an Ofsted Registered Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our team, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person.
- Work closely with the Amegreen Management team to ensure seamless management oversight and effective decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements and regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on casework, risk management, and child protection.
- A competitive salary of £55,000 plus bonus.
