As a key member of our team at DMD Partners Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with special educational needs, disabilities, and social/emotional challenges.
Our organization is a not-for-profit interest company that provides high-quality care and support services to vulnerable children and young people. As a Registered Homes Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our homes, managing staff, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our children's residential homes
- Manage and support a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support services
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of residents
- Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our organization's strategic plans and objectives
Requirements:
- Registered Homes Manager qualification and experience
- Proven track record of managing staff and delivering high-quality care and support services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with external agencies and professionals
- Strong leadership and management skills
