About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Better Rehab. As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, and provide personalized therapy plans to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to clients, using a variety of techniques and strategies to promote independence and participation
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and therapy plans
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and research in occupational therapy

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum 18 months of post-graduate experience in occupational therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development
