About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Radisson Blu Hotel, London Canary Wharf East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure Table Settings: Ensure that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times.
  • Take and Execute Orders: Take and execute orders from guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the Food and Beverage Outlets at all times.
  • Menu Knowledge: Have a good knowledge of the food and beverage menu and be able to respond to guests' queries.
  • Communicate with Teams: Communicate with the Food and Beverage and Kitchen teams to ensure that guests' orders are executed correctly.
Requirements
  • Passion for Hospitality: Be truly passionate about the hospitality industry and have a desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent Presentation: Have excellent personal presentation and be able to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Food Hygiene and Health & Safety: Have a good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
  • Independence and Communication: Be able to function independently with a minimum of supervision and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team Player: Be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
