Job Title: Mobile Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our team in Exeter and surrounding areas. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for visiting customer sites to carry out maintenance, repairs, and inspections on our powered access machines to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out fault-finding, servicing, repairs, and maintenance of powered access equipment within the depot and on customer sites.
  • Perform routine service and maintenance of all equipment and products.
  • Complete all relevant supporting paperwork in line with company procedures.
  • Promote teamwork between colleagues across all depots to ensure delivery of effective workshop performance.
  • Ensure the van is fully equipped with spare parts at all times.
  • Maintain and update service records onto systems and populate daily worksheets.

About You:

  • Relevant general maintenance qualification and proven experience gained within the plant rental sector.
  • Experience in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics/fault finding.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a good understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
