Mobile Service Engineer Opportunity

Are you a skilled Mobile Service Engineer looking for a new challenge in the South West?

Fusion People Ltd is working with a leading supplier of self-drive and operated construction plant equipment across the UK to find a Mobile Service Engineer to join their Devon-based team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a wide range of construction and earthmoving equipment, including routine maintenance, lubricant and fluid monitoring, and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Servicing and maintaining construction equipment in line with manufacturers' schedules and specifications
Regular lubricant and fluid monitoring and replenishment
Preventative maintenance and monitoring
Cleaning, inspecting, and preparing plant for transfer or redeployment
Working alongside other team members on larger maintenance and repair tasks

Requirements:

Full driving license
Good mechanical knowledge
Experience of plant and construction equipment and hydraulic systems
Experience of conducting routine maintenance to a required level and standard
Understanding of risk assessments and method statements
