Senior Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our high-end development project in Cornwall. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a circa 30-unit scheme, ensuring it meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver traditional and timber frame builds with a proven track record of success
  • Lead a team to achieve quality and quantity targets
  • Develop and implement detailed construction plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
  • Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in new build housing, with a strong background in volume schemes
  • Ability to lead a team and motivate staff to achieve excellence
  • Strong programming and IT skills, with experience in construction management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
