Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Room Leader to join our team at a fantastic nursery in the Liverpool city region. The nursery is committed to providing a stimulating and caring environment for children, with a focus on learning through play.

The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing a program of activities suitable for the range of children attending the nursery, in conjunction with the Nursery Manager. They will also be confident in observations, age and stage checks, and updating each child's learning plan regularly.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in nurseries or room leading
  • Reliability and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Adaptability and flexibility
