About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer to join our team at Exact Sourcing Ltd. As a Software Test Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile apps and embedded software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual testing on our mobile apps, including feature, regression, and stress testing.
  • Create and perform automated unit tests on code and APIs.
  • Test and verify embedded code.
  • Support the development of test strategies and methodologies.
  • Document test results and collaborate with developers to resolve issues and identify root causes.
Requirements
  • 1-6 years of experience as a Software Test Engineer.
  • Experience in developing test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
  • Experience in running tests for functionality, usability, and performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the engineering team.
  • Experience with test case management systems.
  • Experience with defect management.
  • 3-4 days of office work per week.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with unit testing.
  • Experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android).
  • Testing of embedded software in products.
  • Experience testing REST APIs.
  • Generating documentation for internal and external use.
  • Automation testing.
