As a Shared Lives Carer, you will provide a safe and welcoming environment for adults with additional or complex needs, offering support and encouragement to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 24/7 support to adults with additional or complex needs in a live-in or short-break arrangement
- Encourage independence and self-advocacy, promoting a sense of belonging and community
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the individual's needs and goals
- Work collaboratively with the Shared Lives scheme to ensure high-quality support and guidance
- Competitive rates of pay (£461-£562 per week) depending on the level of support provided
