About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive individual to join our Shared Lives Carer team in Birmingham and Solihull. As a Shared Lives Carer, you will provide a safe and welcoming environment for adults with additional or complex needs, offering support and encouragement to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 24/7 support to adults with additional or complex needs in a live-in or short-break arrangement
  • Encourage independence and self-advocacy, promoting a sense of belonging and community
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the individual's needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with the Shared Lives scheme to ensure high-quality support and guidance
