About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at The Range. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and improving store performance, consistently meeting key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of retail colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve store performance.
- Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
