Position Overview

This role is centered on collaborating with essential business stakeholders across various departments including Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales, PMO, Operations, Finance, and HR. The primary objective is to comprehend critical business workflows and articulate business requirements through prioritized specifications. Initially, the focus will be on the Lead to Cash processes, aligning these processes and requirements with Salesforce functionalities (Marketing Cloud, Sales Engagement, Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Certinia) while spearheading the implementation of innovative technical and automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Systems Analyst, your duties will include:

  1. Conducting workshops and observing user interactions to gather insights.
  2. Assessing current and future business processes to identify improvements.
  3. Facilitating requirement discussions among stakeholders and documenting findings to provide data-driven recommendations.
  4. Collecting insights from managers and operational personnel to uncover genuine business needs.
  5. Achieving consensus on actual requirements and mapping these to existing technology, identifying gaps and opportunities.
  6. Analyzing data usage and its implications for stakeholders.
  7. Establishing a shared vision and objectives, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
  8. Creating a prioritized backlog of requirements for development and testing.
  9. Coordinating User Acceptance Testing and supporting training, rollout, and adoption initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Experience leading Business Analysis for large-scale projects and programs.
  • Proficiency in the end-to-end software development lifecycle with at least three projects involving the rollout or significant enhancement of Salesforce Sales Cloud or related modules.
  • Familiarity with the pre-sales and quoting processes for products and services.
  • Understanding of PMO and PPM tools and their applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in system replacement projects where service continuity is paramount.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Mapping and Value Chains.
  • Expertise in Business Analysis and requirements prioritization techniques.
  • Utilization of various elicitation methods.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
