Digital Content Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Branded Content Editor to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality content that engages and informs our audience.
Key Responsibilities:- Curate and manage informative and editorial content for our website and social media platforms.
- Drive forward content optimisation, maintaining best-in-class website standards and search engine optimisation (SEO).
- Oversee and collaborate with agencies responsible for content creation, content upload, and channel management.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of cross-platform content plans and schedules.
- Support our communications department and other key internal stakeholders in the optimisation and publication of media releases and news articles.
- Live event editorial coverage across all England teams and key FA competitions.
- Constantly analyse the performance of content, campaigns, and the overall website platforms to produce regular reports for internal recommendations.
- Constantly evaluate and adapt our content offering to positively deliver for our commercial partners, engaging and entertaining audiences.
- Analyse site statistics and user engagement to refine and improve content strategy.
- Maintain historical database records and consistent site management.
- Form part of cross-functional working groups to ensure our content/channel strategy and operation supports wider business objectives.
- Understanding of the modern digital publishing landscape, including emerging trends and future opportunities.
- Thorough knowledge of football, in particular the England national teams, Emirates FA Cup, and Adobe Women's FA Cup.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO tools, including Google Analytics.
- A minimum experience of three years working in the media/editorial content industry.
