As a Front End Lead Developer, you'll join a team of smart engineers and data scientists who tackle challenging problems in the ad tech space using cutting-edge AI/Machine Learning tools and techniques. You'll work with real-time data, analyzing and visualizing it for curated client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects, collaborating with the engineering and product team to scope and distill product requirements into design and technical specifications.
  • Provide honest, accurate feedback to team members, fostering growth opportunities.
  • Ensure high standards of reliability, performance, motivation, and alignment with objectives.
  • Nurture a culture of continuous growth within your team, offering motivation, mentorship, and learning opportunities.
  • Hands-on front-end engineering experience, with expertise in React or React Native development.
  • Experience creating and maintaining high-performing software.
  • Fluent in JavaScript ES6, Typescript.
  • Exposure to backend runtime and data visualization tools.
  • Experience writing, designing, and debugging RESTful APIs.
