Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Professional to join our team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the life of a male client with an acquired brain injury.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate meaningful community engagement for the client.
  • Provide assistance with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Support medication management and record keeping, ensuring accuracy and adherence to prescribed routines.
  • Collaborate with the client to develop and achieve personal goals, fostering a sense of purpose and accomplishment.
  • Organize and facilitate social visits, enriching the client's social life and connections.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • A strong character with a genuine empathy for individuals facing challenges.
  • Knowledge of complex behaviors and the impact of acquired brain injuries.
  • Possession of a full UK Driving License is essential.
