Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Tax Strategies: Collaborate with external advisors to develop tax-efficient strategies that support business objectives, ensuring compliance with tax regulations across the UK, Spain, Portugal, Iceland, and Ireland.
  • Manage Tax Filings and Compliance: Oversee tax filings, manage VAT, corporate tax, and other filings across five countries, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Optimize Cash Flow and Financial Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, manage foreign exchange, and mitigate financial risks, leading weekly global cash analysis.
  • Lead and Mentor a Team: Lead a small accounts payable team, drive process improvements, and foster professional development, ensuring the team is equipped to meet the company's financial objectives.

Requirements:
