Senior Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Sister/Charge Nurse to lead our dedicated clinical team in Ward 2, specialising in Elderly Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing care delivery in line with Trust policies and procedures, providing senior leadership to the nursing team, and facilitating regular supervision and appraisals.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient-focused care, ensuring that patient care is at the heart of service delivery.
- Manage resources efficiently, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth communication and continuity of care across services.
- Maintain clinical standards in line with the Nursing and Midwifery Council's Code of Professional Conduct.

Person Specification- Current 1st level registration NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council)
- Evidence of further education at Degree level
