Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team at IDEX Consulting Ltd. as a Marine Cargo Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading insurance broker and logistics company, where you will have the chance to develop your career in the marine cargo insurance space.
About the Role:
This is a hybrid role, where you will be responsible for servicing commercial insurance accounts (70%) and Marine Cargo cases (30%). You will work closely with our risk management team to provide exceptional service to our clients and exceed their expectations through effective risk management advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of business, providing risk management advice and exceeding client expectations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with the risk management team to identify and mitigate risks
- Contribute to the growth and development of the business

- A competitive base salary up to £40,000

- At least 3+ years' experience in the commercial insurance market
