Speech Pathologist Opportunity in Australia

At Better Rehab, we are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in Australia. As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, and make a real difference in their lives.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of clinical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality care. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' communication and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' needs
  • Provide ongoing support and therapy to clients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices

Requirements
  • A degree in Speech Pathology
  • 18+ months of clinical experience
  • Alignment with our core values
  • Valid full driver's license
  • Relevant employment checks
