Job Description

At Better Rehab, we're seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in Australia. As a Speech Pathologist, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, and help them overcome communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized therapy plans to address clients' communication needs.
  • Deliver high-quality therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices and techniques to promote effective communication.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech pathology, and apply this knowledge to improve client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Speech Pathology from a recognized institution.
  • At least 18 months of clinical experience in speech pathology.
  • Registration with the relevant professional body in Australia.
  • A valid full driver's license.
