Role Overview
This vital support position entails providing efficient and comprehensive assistance to the Clerking team, colleagues, and Members of Chambers, ensuring the seamless operation of the Chambers.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing external mail and parcels, ensuring proper distribution of incoming correspondence.
- Organizing and relocating boxes of documents and deliveries within the Chambers.
- Handling printing, copying, and assembly of bundles received via post and email.
- Preparing meeting rooms for conferences and other engagements.
- Gaining insight into the work performed by individual practitioners.
- Assisting colleagues with various administrative tasks.
- Performing any additional office-related duties as required.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate initiative and a readiness to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They should present themselves well, possess strong communication skills, and maintain an organized and tidy work environment.
