Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mystery Shopper to join our field team as a Retail Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for verifying whether retailers are requesting ID from Young Adults when purchasing age-restricted products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mystery shops at various retailers, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and other vendors selling National Lottery products.
  • Work with a Young Adult to ensure that proper ID checks are being conducted.
  • Collaborate with your Regional Manager to achieve visit targets and meet deadlines.
  • Plan and execute daily visits, including collecting and returning the Young Adult to an agreed location.
  • Enter results via a mobile app in-store.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of confidently interacting with retailers/customers.
  • Experience within retail and field marketing would be preferred.
  • Good knowledge of your area to be able to effectively and efficiently journey plan.
  • Reliable and committed.
  • Highly organized to plan your team's day.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive daily rate of £99.54 (including holiday pay) plus bonus and business mileage.
  • 13 days of work with immediate start.
  • Full training and support from your Regional Manager.
