Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications professional to develop and implement strategies that elevate Kingston Hospital Charity's profile across the hospital site and community. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our supporter base, creating a positive supporter journey, and increasing funds through compelling storytelling and consistent messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and communications plans to build the charity's profile and engage stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Director to create and disseminate compelling stories and messages across traditional and digital channels.
- Build relationships with hospital staff, patients, supporters, and the wider community to increase awareness of fundraising efforts and charitable impact.
- Contribute to the development of a positive supporter journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our supporters.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent marketing and communications skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies that drive engagement and growth. You will be a strong communicator, able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
