Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Compliance: Plan, schedule, and manage technical tasks to ensure accuracy and quality, collaborating with the Technical Manager to optimize resource allocation.
  • Documentation Management: Create and maintain high-quality technical documents, including Operational and Maintenance Manuals, and manage multiple documentation projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Compliance and Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to ensure safety regulation compliance, research and identify applicable regulatory and industry compliance standards, and maintain evidence of compliance with technical files, risk assessments, and certifications.
  • Quality and Environmental Management: Manage and develop Quality and Environmental Management Systems, assess compliance with standards through analysis and testing programs, and promote sustainable and safe practices within project activities.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination, and proofread and edit documentation for accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Education: C&G or NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of machinery systems, including hardware and software components, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and a valid driving license.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent experience, and knowledge of 3D printing processes.
