Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Cobb & Jones. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Technical and Supply Chain teams, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the receipt and processing of goods, including milk and other overnight deliveries. Run reports to identify any issues and take corrective action as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock adjustments and NA reports.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to supply chain and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
