MMP Consultancy is seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team in Wiltshire. As a key member of our housing association, you will play a crucial role in delivering technical surveying services and contract management for a defined planned maintenance programme across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical surveying services across a geographical portfolio of properties
  • Manage contract administration duties for all maintenance services within your portfolio regions
  • Deliver planned maintenance delivery through external contractors
  • Conduct minor works, refurbishment works, and planned repairs
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met through fire safety programmes
  • Work with home owners, leaseholders, and market rent customers
Requirements:
  • Responsibility for surveying activities and contract administration duties
  • Assignment of major works and cyclical programmes to deliver
  • Geographical patch aligned to a housing neighbourhood officer
  • Surveying of void properties, repairs, and post-inspections
