Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare applications to main contractors.
  2. Prepare certificates to sub-contractors.
  3. Obtain quotations and process orders.
  4. Estimate quantities, costs, and time scales for material and labor.
  5. Assign work to sub-contractors.
  6. Value completed work, manage budgets, and oversee payments.
  7. Submit regular budget reports.
  8. Conduct ongoing cost analysis.
  9. Identify and weigh commercial risks.
  10. Ensure projects meet legal and quality standards.
  11. Attend site visits.
  12. Support the Commercial Director and Contracts Manager.
Requirements:
  1. Full manual driving license.
  2. Experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
  3. RICS-approved degree or HNC/equivalent experience.
