About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Sales Assistant to join our team at Dunelm in Aberdeen. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, advising customers on products and services.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.

- A competitive hourly rate, with rates starting at £6.72 for 16-17 hours and £11.55 for 18+ hours.
