Job Summary

Talent Finder is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our nursery, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement educational activities that promote children's development and learning.
  • Create a safe and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Observe and record children's progress, ensuring their needs are met and their potential is realized.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to maintain a high standard of care and provide exceptional service to children and families.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification (or equivalent).
  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their development and well-being.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
  • An understanding of child development and early years education principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
