About the Role

JEM Childcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Early Years Educator to manage a vibrant nursery setting catering to over 100 children. This role offers an exceptional outdoor environment and a competitive salary based on a 40-hour work week, approximately £38,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Lead and mentor a team of childcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
  • Implement and uphold the latest Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and Ofsted standards.

Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a nursery setting.
