About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Administrator to join our successful Bid and Tenders team at phs Group. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our bid process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Bid Team core documents are always up to date and maintained in a centralized library.
  • Complete Supplier Questionnaires and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review incoming potential opportunities and highlight those that may be relevant, sharing with the relevant sales leads.
  • Maintain the register of wins/losses and client feedback to inform future bid strategies.
  • Support the Head of Tenders with the creation of bespoke reports to analyze bid performance.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Confident and professional attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
